At Genuine Signed Autographs, we stand behind the authenticity of our collectibles with a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unaltered condition. Due to the unique nature of memorabilia, all returns must include the original Certificate of Authenticity to be eligible for a full refund.

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the autograph in its original protective sleeve and shipping materials to prevent any creasing or damage during transit.

  Include Documentation

  Ensure the original Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and a copy of your packing slip are placed inside the package.

  Ship and Track

  Send the item back using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected for authenticity, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
