Latvian composer (1863-1948), and also pedagogue and music critic.  Signed photo postcard with an autograph music quote with 2 bars from an unknown piece, signed by him and dated in Riga, 1933.  Photograph is blind-stamped on the front by photographer J. Peeksts, Riga.  Size is 3.4 x 5.3 inches, in excellent condition.

ALSO INCLUDED is an envelope handwritten by the composer, in excellent condition.
