Swedish-born American dramatic soprano of Hungarian descent (1918-2006) who spent most of her career in the United States and Germany, hailed as one of the leading Wagnerian heroic sopranos of her generation.

Set of 10 beautiful vintage unsigned photo postcards by the Munich Staatsoper, depicting the soprano in some of her roles.  8 photographs are ink-stamped on verso by photographer Rudolf Betz, Munich.  Each one's size is 4 x 5.75 inches, all in excellent condition.
