Document signed by him, naming Leon Galindo (1795-1864, see more here) as Colonel of Infantry (Galindo would later become General in the army), who participated in the liberation campaign. Document is partially printed with Bolivar´s name and Republic of Colombia at the top, is in Spanish, sold untranslated. Lacquered, in 2 pages, 8.6 x 12.25 inches, dated in Lima, Peru in 1823 on verso plus another, unidentified signature. Light water stains over document but still very visible, no cracks, in overall good condition. See scans.Â
