In this letter, he mentions the composition "The Falls of Niagara". Size of each page is 7.75 x 9.5 inches, small creases and tears on several edges, but otherwise in good condition.
ALSO INCLUDED is a 4.25 x 6.75 inch print containing a photographic reproduction of Phillips, in excellent condition. Not sold separately.
