Set of four autograph letters in French (untranslated) signed by him, dated between 1841 and 1854. Scudo addresses the jurist Joseph Ortolan (1802-1873), concerning private matters and meetings.
We report an extract as a sample: “…Je ne pourrai pas être de votres aujourd’hui, car je suis obligé d’assister à la reprise de La donna del Lago au Théâtre italien…”.
