Russian-born conductor (1874-1951), composer, and double-bassist, known for his long tenure as music director of the Boston Symphony Orchestra from 1924 to 1949.Â
Large photo signed, inscribed, and dated by him in Paris, 1931. Photo is also signed by the photographer (illegible). Size is 12.9 x 16.4 inches, small loss of paper over the lower-right corner, otherwise in excellent condition.
