American soprano (1910-1992) especially celebrated for her portrayals of Puccini heroines. 

Large lot with 370+ unsigned photos of her, depicting her career and life, some next to other important personalities. Most photographs are in the 8 x 10-inch format, some 5 x 7 and smaller, quite a few are stamped on verso by photographer, a few repeats. All in very good to excellent condition.
