Berlioz, Hector - Autograph Note Signed

French romantic composer (1803-1869), best known for some of his orchestral works such as Symphonie Fantastique, and his operas Benvenuto Cellini, and Les Troyens.

Autograph note in French (sold with translation) signed by the composer (no date mentioned), sent to his friend the music critic and writer Jules Janin (1804-1874). Size is 5.25 x 8.1 inches, mat burn marks, folds, in very good condition.

ALSO INCLUDED is an envelope (size is 4.2 x 4 inches) and a half-tone print with an image of he composer (size is 4.75 x 6.7 inches).
