Italian conductor (1886-1964) and violinist, his career focused on opera and conducted in many European opera houses, became conductor of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

Gorgeous black-and-white photograph signed and dated by him in 1955; ink-stamped on verso by photographer Carmen (Buenos Aires). Size is 5.9 x 3.8 inches, in excellent condition.
