Super star Italian tenor (1873-1921), acclaimed at the major opera houses of Europe and America, for his interpretations in a wide variety of roles from the Italian and French repertoires. Additionally, he made approximately 260 commercially released recordings from 1902 to 1920. Signed photo, shown as himself, inscribed to tenor Luigi Nardi, signed in Buenos Aires, dated in 1915. Blind stamped on front by photographers Zuretti and Fiorini. Size is 4 x 8 inches, small stains surrounding but not touching the image and not affecting the handwriting and signature, otherwise in excellent condition.
