Rare autograph letter in Italian (untranslated) signed by her, dated in Torino, January 12, 1870, to Mr. Tannini: “…Col massimo piacere le annuncio il gran successo ch’ebbe il Faust al Teatro Regio, tutti gli artisti sono applauditi e piacciono, io spezialmente all’Aria dei Giojelli e alla bella frase (Ti voglio amar idolatrar) col fine del terzo Atto siamo chiamati all’… del proscenio…”.Â
