Autograph note in English signed by the composer about an appointment, no date (postal mark in red indicated the date August 16, 1917), mounted with a drawing of a portrait of the composer.  Note's size is 3.3 x 5 inches (visible window size), portrait is 4.25 x 5 inches (visible window size), for a total size 11.75 x 8.6 inches, in excellent condition.
