American socialite (1893-1955) and second partner (first formalized wife) of the star Italian tenor Enrico Caruso. Fine photograph of the Italian tenor signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment, mounted on double cardboard. 

Total size is 5 x 7 inches, actual photograph is 3.4 x 5.4 inches, in very good condition. Autographs of Dorothy are very rare to find!
