In the foreground, we see the chairman of the committee pushing a wheelbarrow, making comments, responded by one of the proprietors. Trimmed to plate marks, original hand coloring, matted and ready to be framed to a total size of 16.4 x 12.75 inches, print is 12.8 x 9.2 inches (visible window size), in very good condition.
