Beautiful photograph of "Fofi" (full name Rudolfo) Caruso, the young son of the legendary Italian tenor Enrico Caruso (1873-1921) and Italian soprano Ada Giachetti (1898-1951), with his father's handwritten dedication to him to the right of the photo. Photo size is 4 x 5.75 inches, it is mounted onto a cabinet for a full size of 6.75 x 9 inches. Extremely rare vintage item in excellent condition!
