Super star Italian tenor (1873-1921), acclaimed at the major opera houses of Europe and America, for his interpretations in a wide variety of roles from the Italian and French repertoires. Additionally, he made approximately 260 commercially released recordings from 1902 to 1920.
Autograph letter signed, 1 page written on the stationary of the Hotel Savoy, New York, dated in 1906. Written in Italian, sold untranslated. Size is 5.75 x 9 inches, small tear on top right, otherwise in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED: unsigned postcard photograph, shown as Manrico in Verdi's Il Trovatore, size is 3.5 x 5.25 inches. in excellent condition. Not sold separately.Â
