A wonderful collection of clips from programs for performances of opera, music and theater, Boston, period 1890 through 1898. All clips are mounted on album pages numbered 1 through 146.

A total of 140+ pages full of original clips from programs, and from contemporary newspapers with comments about performances or the passing away of artists, and magazine clips with photographs.

Program clips from many different venues, performances mostly of opera and theater.

Each page is 10.5 x 14.2 inches, in excellent condition. 

This is a fantastic window in time to the cultural scene in Boston during the period 1890-1898.
