Russian-born British pianist (1890-1963), particularly known for his interpretations of the late Romantic repertoire, especially the works of Rachmaninoff and Schubert. 

Fine black-and-white photograph mounted on a mat signed and inscribed by him in Spanish, dated in Buenos Aires, 1929. Total size is 9.3 x 11.6 inches, evident spotted rust on the mat, otherwise in very good condition.
