Argentine statesman (1821-1906), writer, and president of Argentina between 1862 and 1868. 

Fine black-and-white photo postcard signed by him in Buenos Aires, 1903, when he was 80 years old (photo taken in 1901). Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, evident spotted rust, otherwise in very good condition.
