Foote signed and inscribed this printed score to famous pianist Leopold Godowsky, who was 28 years old in 1898, on the front cover, dating his autograph in 1898. A total of 20 pages including soft cover, 10.25 x 13 inches, damage on lower right corner, otherwise in very good condition.
